* Make sure the crabcakes are completely thawed. *

Place frozen crab cakes in refrigerator the night before you wish to use them.

  • Preheat to 425°F about 8–10 minutes before cooking.
  • Arrange the thawed crab cakes on an ungreased baking pan. Add ice cubes around them or a thin layer of butter for moisture (optional).
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown and firm. Check them in the last five minutes.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
