- Arrange the thawed crab cakes on an ungreased baking pan. Add ice cubes around them or a thin layer of butter for moisture (optional).
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown and firm. Check them in the last five minutes.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
